The above title is from a Buddhist saying which likens the way potatoes are cleaned by rubbing together in a basin of running water, to how our own character is polished through our interactions with others.

This sound work was part of a show at Rm gallery in 2019. I wasn’t satisfied with the installation I produced, so I am now reworking it in response to my research on affect and maternal subjectivities.
